You may return items within 15 days of the original purchase date. After 15 days, we are unable to accept returns or issue refunds.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be in its original, unworn condition with all tags, boxes, and certificates. Items that have been altered, engraved, or show signs of wear cannot be returned.
3. Proof of Purchase
A valid receipt or proof of purchase is required for all returns and exchanges. Please keep your receipt and order confirmation for reference. Items must be returned to the address specified in the return instructions.
4. Refund Method
Refunds will be processed to the original payment method used at the time of purchase. If you used a credit or debit card, the refund will be credited back to that card.
5. Custom and Personalized Jewelry
Custom or personalized jewelry items are non-returnable and non-refundable. Please ensure all details are correct before finalizing your purchase.
6. Sale Items
Items purchased on sale or with special promotions are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.
8. Exchanges
If you prefer an exchange rather than a refund, we will gladly assist you in selecting another item of equal or greater value. Exchanges are subject to product availability.
9. Online Purchases
For online purchases, please follow the return instructions included in your order confirmation email. You may need to use a pre-paid return label provided by us. Items must be returned to the address specified in the return instructions.
10. Defective or Incorrect Items
If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact our customer service team within 7 days of receipt. We will provide instructions for returning the item at no cost to you and offer a full refund or replacement.
